Yes. We understand our members have very busy lifestyles and it's important for us to cater around this. All our training sessions are accessible via a super easy and friendly booking app. Our core training times are shown below.

No panic. If something comes up or you're away for a few days just let us know and we can sort it for you.
The majority of us experience niggles from time to time. Rest assured you're in good hands. We're a team of highly skilled coaches and have experience in creating the right programme for you and your fitness needs. And that includes catering for any injuries.
It's completely up to you. We hope that you've enjoyed the experience and wish to carry on your fitness journey with us. If so we'll discuss the right package for you. Our core membership packages range from £149-£279 per month. However if Apex isn't for you no hard feelings. We wish you all the best (and you can even keep the T-shirt!)
